Campsite location
The campsite has direct access to the beach, a 10-minute walk along the dune.
The campsite is 800 m from downtown Sion (about 10 minutes’ walk). All-season market on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
The Saint Hilaire de Riez train station is the nearest, 3 km away.
A cycle path passes right in front of the campsite. It links Saint Jean de Monts to Les Sables d’Olonne. So you can enjoy superb scenery without having to take the road.
Services and activities
No entertainment on the campsite, but you can take part in the activities and entertainment at the Plage de Riez campsite free of charge (with your wristband).
Our priority is to ensure the peace and quiet of our guests.
Yes, the bracelet lets us know that you are staying at our campsite. It is therefore compulsory to wear it at all times during your stay.
No refund will be made by the campsite. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance when booking: Campez Couvert.
Yes, there is a “choice of pitch” option for both rental and bare pitches. Cost: €20 (subject to availability)
Regardless of the length of your stay, you must declare all visitors entering the campsite. We will ask for a payment of 3 to 5€ depending on the period to enter the campsite. They will be given a special bracelet.
Please note that visitors’ pets are not allowed on the campsite.
No swimming pool access for visitors.

Yes, the Sion campsite has a heated indoor swimming pool open from May 1 to September 27 (swimming shorts forbidden) (wristband compulsory).
Camping pitches
For caravan, tent, camper, van/van pitches, private sanitary facilities and premiums, arrivals are from 2:00 pm. You must leave the pitch before 12.00 pm.
No, we have specific (stabilized) pitches for campers to avoid silting up.
The camping package is for 2 people, the vehicle and one installation. If you add a tent, a supplement of 5€ will be added from 06/07/2025 to 31/08/225.
Individual charcoal barbecues are prohibited. Only electric or gas barbecues are permitted. Maximum power: 10 A. Two “collective barbecue” areas are available (Blocks 1 and 2).
Rental properties
For mobile homes, Coco Sweet and safari tents, arrivals are from 4.00 pm. You must leave your rental by 10:00 am.
All our rentals (except safari tents) are equipped with TV.
Yes: sheets and towels are not provided (disposable sheet kits can be purchased at reception). The campsite provides: pillows, comforters, disposable undersheets.
– camping: a deposit of €100 will be required on arrival and returned on departure on presentation of the badge and subject to the cleanliness of the plot and the avoidance of alcohol and drug abuse.
– for rentals: a deposit of €395: via the swikly link in your confirmation e-mail or by credit card with telephone validation (bank cheques not accepted).
For your information: the entry inventory is done alone and the exit inventory is done without your presence.
Your deposit will be returned to you within 72 hours if your rental is returned to us in the same condition as when you arrived.
Pets are not allowed in any of our rentals.
Miscellaneous
Yes, you can arrive until 11:30pm (when the outside gate closes). You’ll find a “late arrivals” window right next to the reception desk. Inside this window, you’ll find an envelope with your name and all the necessary information. It is essential that you inform reception so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note: in the event of late arrival, deposits must be paid in advance at reception (credit card deposit by telephone or by internet via swikly: received in your confirmation e-mail) in order to collect your rental.
No, as the Sion campsite is close to all amenities (10 minutes on foot), we do not offer this type of service.
A deposit of 25% (for rental accommodation) and 96€ (for camping pitches) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before your arrival (for rental accommodation) and on the day of your arrival for pitches (except for Saturday and Sunday arrivals in July and August, when the balance must be paid 30 days before).
If you wish to spread the cost of your stay over several periods, this is possible as long as the total amount is paid 1 month before your arrival.
